IN DUMAS....
👉🏽WE’VE BEEN CRYING OUT WAY TOO LONG; WHO'S WOKE IN DUMAS/DESHA/SEARK?
👉🏽A WAKE-UP CALL HAS BEEN MADE!
👉🏽CITY OF DUMAS... WAKE UP... to those of you who are hearing about Dumas....Thank you for your prayers. Here’s our cry and focus—

The cry for Dumas is still the same. When will we learn and stop being 'ever-learning' (and never coming to the knowledge of truth?)

The senseless murders (with guns and our tongues) must stop. Months ago, the Lord said that we should come home to Dumas and reunite, rebuild and re-concile.

We planned the weekend of March 18-20, 2022, months ago... published many articles to say, It's Time!  WE ARE NOT RE-ACTING TO WHAT HAPPENED ON YESTERDAY.  GOD HAD ORDERED OUR STEPS TO BE IN POSTION TO MOVE HIS AGENDA FORWARD.  WE WILL DO SO WITH HIS HELP.... #ALLOFDUMASUNITED!

After the mass shooting on yesterday. People are stunned. Why Dumas? How can this happen?

When we lose sight of purpose and progress, we drift and many gaps open for the enemy to steal, kill and destroy.

God is calling Dumas back to him.  Let's Not Miss This or Mess it Up.

Here's some history of what the 3rd weekend in March use to look like.

It all began in 1976 at the corner of Walnut and Waterman in Dumas. The year that a community in West Dumas saw a work of faith in action. West Dumas became home to a ministry with a new house of worship that would come to stand the test of time. Not only the House of Worship but families would come together to celebrate the greatness of God. These families and persons from across the nation who support them are coming home bring their children and their children’s children to see the power of Legacy.

After the 1976 Dedication of the West Dumas Church of God in Christ, and for years to follow, the third weekend in March was declared HOMECOMING in West Dumas. Thousands of people came into Dumas, bus loads from across the nation filling up hotels from Dumas, McGehee, Pine Bluff and packing out restaurants during the three-day period.

This year, March 18-20, the Homecoming resumes. It will be held at three locations, HMC at Walnut and Waterman, The Legacy Center at 501 W. Bowles and at Harvest Time Ministries (HTM) in Mitchellville. Four generations are coming home and being a part of reuniting, rebuilding and restoring great love, honor, worship and vision to a city and community that has great legacy.

The late pastor, Dr. Hunt, Sr., transitioned 21 years ago and many challenges have been experienced. Three lawsuits and battles that have come from state, city and local individuals are confirming a ‘battle-tested work. “This has not been easy, but God has proven His favor,” stated Hunt, Jr.

Please share this, post it and let's come home TOGETHER AS ONE!
